Contact our engineering team today to explore how our EPC services can shape the future of your investment.
What exactly does “EPC” cover for a bulk cargo handling project?
Our EPC scope is turnkey. It includes conceptual and detailed engineering, equipment procurement, civil works, electrical & control system integration, installation, commissioning, and performance testing—delivering a fully operational system ready for immediate handover.
Can you handle brownfield upgrades alongside new construction?
Yes. We specialize in both greenfield installations and brownfield retrofits. We coordinate closely with your ongoing operations to ensure zero or minimal downtime during tie-ins and equipment replacements.
Which commodities do you have proven experience handling?
We have extensive references in coal, iron ore, limestone, aggregates, grains, fertilizers, bauxite, and biomass. Each material has unique flow characteristics, which we address through tailored chute designs and transfer point engineering.
How do you deal with material spillage and dust emissions at transfer points?
We apply advanced transfer chute design principles, including rock-box designs and hood-spoon geometries, combined with enclosed galleries and dust suppression systems (water spray or chemical suppressants) to minimize spillage and airborne dust.
Can your systems integrate with our existing DCS or SCADA?
Absolutely. We design control systems with open protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, Profinet) to ensure seamless integration with your existing DCS, SCADA, or PLC architectures, providing real-time data visibility and centralized control.
